Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in an industrial manufacturing environment? Our reputable client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to join their team on a 4on/4off shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on production equipment.
• Work closely with production teams to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified in Engineering (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-moving manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
