Salary: £43,000 - £45,000

Shift: Monday to Friday Days

Location: Northwich, Cheshire

Are you an experienced Site Services Engineer looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment? Join our team and take responsibility for maintaining and improving essential site services, ensuring our facility operates efficiently and safely. As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of site utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and electrical services. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards while supporting the smooth operation of the production facility.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Services Engineer:

• Maintain and repair site services, including boilers, compressors, water systems, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure site infrastructure reliability.
• Support projects related to facility improvements, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Skills Required for the Site Services Engineer:

• Experience: Previous experience in a Site Services, Facilities, or Maintenance Engineering role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Qualifications: Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, steam, and water treatment.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and ensure high standards of site maintenance.
