Are you an experienced Quality Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to join our team in Halifax, working Monday to Friday on a days shift.

The Role:

As Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving quality standards across the business. You will be responsible for:

✅ Handling customer complaints over the phone, resolving both major and minor quality issues.
✅ Investigating root causes of major quality concerns, such as incorrect product size or colour, and implementing preventative measures.
✅ Addressing minor defects, such as a small number of faulty units within large orders, ensuring realistic quality expectations.
✅ Leading quality compliance efforts, ensuring all processes align with industry standards.
✅ Driving continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions to enhance production quality.

About You:

Previous experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Excellent communication skills to manage customer complaints professionally.
Knowledge of quality compliance and continuous improvement methodologies.
Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.
