Salary: £50,000 (OTE £58,000+)

Location: Leeds

We invite an enterprising and ambitious Pumps Engineer to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting juncture to influence and shape operations within a thriving and rapidly growing company.  As our Engineering Manager, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.

Skills required for this Pumps Engineer Role:

• Managment or Strong Leadership Experience
• Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
• Familiarity with budget oversight
• Experience with PUMPS
• Industrial Baackground
• Ideally Manufacturing but Open to Various Backgrounds
