In 2007, Andrew West, Junaid Bokhari & Simon Foulds created Pioneer Selection. With extensive recruitment and leadership backgrounds, the aim was to build a business synonymous with Technical and Engineering Recruitment, where true market expertise would add value to clients and candidates alike.
