Production Team Leader – Bradford
Salary: £22,900 - £24,800
Hours: Days, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Production Team Leader looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.
• Support, train, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Maintain accountability for stock levels and ensure accurate records are kept.
• Monitor and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a Senior Operative, Line Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor role.
