I'm recruiting for a fast-paced factory that is looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a high-performing team. I'm looking for an Engineering Manager with experience in a fast-paced environment. You must have engineering qualifications and be skilled in leading teams. As Engineering Manager, you will oversee the engineering function, ensuring production equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a skilled team to deliver exceptional results.

Skills required for Engineering Manager:

• Proven leadership experience in an engineering role, ideally within an FMCG or Factory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a multi-skilled background preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
