Salary: £41,000 (OTE £46,000+)

Shift: Monday to Friday - Days

Location: Dumfries

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We are working with a leading manufacturer, that is seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to join their dynamic maintenance team.

The Role of Maintenance Engineer:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Work on conveyors, fillers, labellers, and other high-speed packaging equipment.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.

Skills Required for the Maintenance Engineer:

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering background - experience in a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
• Engineering qualification - NVQ, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
