Role Overview:
As the Production Manager, you will oversee all production activities, serving as a role model and motivator for the production team. You will support senior management and Directors while ensuring efficient scheduling of production orders to avoid bottlenecks. You will maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice, ensuring timely dispatch of products for further processing. Additionally, you will ensure that production machinery and the production environment are maintained hygienically, in good repair, and used optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all production activities, inspiring and motivating the team.
• Support senior management and Directors in strategic decision-making.
• Schedule production orders efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice for all production processes.
• Oversee the maintenance and hygienic standards of production machinery and environments.
