Manufacturing Planner – Belfast
£30,000 - £32,000 | Day Shift

Are you an experienced Production Planner looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and optimize production workflow across all manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prioritize production to maximize performance and minimize delays
Ensure manpower, equipment, and raw materials are available to meet demand
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and delays
Evaluate supply chain performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency
Assign tasks to production teams and schedule overtime when required
Track job progress to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion
Identify and resolve issues to minimize disruptions
Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports
Work closely with operatives, installers, and managers to improve quality control

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Experience in supply chain evaluation and procurement planning is a plus
