PRODUCT MANAGER - MANUFACTURING

Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 (OTE: £60,000+)

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Market-Leading Industrial Manufacturer, driving commercial success and product innovation. You’ll manage two assistants and collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop and optimize our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the companies portfolio, including new product launches and deletions
• Analyze market trends and set competitive pricing strategies
• Ensure the right products are available in the correct packaging
• Forecast sales and stock levels to prevent shortages and reduce excess stock
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams
• Work with global product management, R&D, production, and marketing on strategic projects
• Report on product performance, profitability, and stock management

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of product management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong technical and commercial acumen
• Degree-level education
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Project management skills and a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not essential
