Are you a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual with experience in process operations? We are seeking a Process Operator to join our team in Telford, with a competitive starting salary of £31,000, increasing to £38,000.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure products meet quality standards
✔ Operate the plant according to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers
✔ Work alongside plant development teams to enhance operational standards
✔ Maintain accurate hourly and daily records, completing gap analysis
✔ Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
✔ Support the training and development of process staff
✔ Follow and promote safe working practices
✔ Take on additional duties and projects as required
