Salary: £39,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, Permanent Early Shift
Location: Launceston, Cornwall

The Role:

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met with the highest efficiency and quality standards. You’ll actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and create a safe, motivated, and results-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise and support your team, ensuring adherence to health & safety requirements.
✔ Execute the production plan efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
✔ Drive process improvements to enhance safety, output, and performance.
✔ Ensure excellent communication across shifts and departments.
✔ Conduct inspections, audits, and report on key performance metrics.
✔ Identify training needs and support team development.
✔ Lead by example and step in for production tasks when required.
