
Maintenance Engineer
Location: Little Thetford
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days Only
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading FMCG manufacturing company? We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of our reputable client’s state-of-the-art production equipment and systems.
Maintenance Engineers Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Ensure the smooth operation of production lines to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintenance Engineers Key Requirements:
- Multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Qualified in Engineering, with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
