Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a skilled team of maintenance engineers to ensure optimal plant performance and reduce downtime.
• Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for all plant equipment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to improve team performance and equipment uptime.
• Manage budgets and resources for maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role within industrial manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
