Salary: £58,000 

Shift: 12 hour Nights 4 on 4 off 

Location: Spalding

A Engineering Supervisor role is now available to join a market leading manufacturing plant in Spalding. As a Engineering Supervisor you will be working in a fully automated plant, Carrying out both hands on + Management duties across the plant. The Engineering Supervisor will need to have experience working in a Manufacturing environment with experience in leading a small team on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Engineering Supervisor to join a established and growing business. 

Skills required for the Engineering Supervisor:

• You Must have an Engineering Qualification in Electrical 
• You Must have experience working in a Senior Role Such as Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Senior engineer etc
• Electrical and Mechanical hands on Skills 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment; ideally manufacturing.
