Electrical Service Engineer – Field-Based (Midlands & UK)

West Midlands (Home-Based with Occasional Workshop Visits) National Cover with stay away around once a week.
OTE £50K+ | Overtime (1.5x Sat, 2x Sun) | Company Van | Fuel Card | Company Credit Card

Days role (40 hour working week)

Are you an experienced Electrical Service Engineer with automation, fault-finding, and motor drive setup experience? Join a leading UK equipment supplier providing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support across various industries.

The Role:

Field-based service, commissioning, maintenance & breakdown repairs
Working on pumps, rotating machinery, decanter centrifuges, separators, conveyors, and belt presses
Primarily covering the Midlands, South, East, and West of the UK
Occasional visits to the West Bromwich workshop for tools, spares, and training
Monday to Friday with some weekend work available for overtime

Requirements for the Electrical Service Engineer:

✔ Electrical Service Engineer with automation and fault-finding experience
✔ Ability to set up motor drives/inverters
✔ Background in pumps, rotating equipment, separators, or similar industrial machinery
✔ Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical drive systems
✔ Competent using hand and power tools, measuring devices
✔ 18th Edition qualification required
