We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in overseeing operations and maximising equipment availability. This role involves leading a team of engineers, managing safety processes, coordinating maintenance plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Supervisor:

• Assist in managing safety, audits, and workload scheduling.
• Supervise contractors and oversee permit-to-work systems.
• Lead and develop the engineering team to meet KPIs.
• Plan and manage maintenance activities, including shutdowns.
• Use maintenance systems to monitor and address machine downtime.
• Support fault finding, repairs, and project installations.

Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor:

• Supervisory / Team Leader / Senior Engineer experience essential
• Multi Skilled - up to 70/30 either way but preference to mechanical
• Apprentice trained - Minimum NVQ Level 3 Engineering qualification
• Experience working as an Engineering Supervisor within a manufacturing background
