An exciting opportunity has arisen with a reputable company who are now recruiting a Building Maintenance Engineer to join their growing engineering department. The successful building maintenance engineer will be joining a company that is going through a period of expansion. The duties of the building maintenance engineer will include Maintain automated doors, dock levers, transient bays, automatic waste removals, maintain stock moving equipment, keep maintenance software up to date, organise maintenance between production requirements. There will also be an element of working at heights.

Skills required for the Building Maintenance Engineer

• Experience and knowledge of building services and facilities engineering
• Must be Multi Skilled
• Must have an engineering qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering
• Must be able to read electrical and mechanical drawings
