Job Summary:

As the HR Manager, you will lead all HR functions within the company, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment laws.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, feedback, and career development initiatives.
• Work with department heads to identify training and development needs for staff.
• Ensure the company is compliant with all health and safety regulations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, leave, and other perks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) is preferred.
