Head of Facilities and QHSE
Salary: up to £70,000
Location: Staffordshire

We are on the hunt for a Head of Facilities and QHSE to oversee our clients site operations, ensuring the highest standards of facility management, supplier performance, and compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.

Skills required for Head of Facilities and QHSE:
- Proven track record in facility management within a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on standards and improvement.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of influencing top management and guiding multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure while solving problems effectively.
- Familiarity with management standards like ISO9001, and an understanding of environmental sustainability practices.
- Desirable: Experience with GHG reporting, H&S/Quality Management qualifications, and Six Sigma.
