Injection Moulding Production Supervisor - Days and Nights - PLASTIC Manufacturing Company 

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime 

Benefits: Overtime, Site Bonus

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands 

We are looking for a very strong Production supervisor to join an ever-growing FMCG manufacturing company in Birmingham, West Midlands. The successful applicant for this Production Supervisor role will play a key role within the business, and manage a team of up to 20 staff including contractors too. Skills required for Production Supervisor:

• Experience working within a factory/manufacturing environment preferably in the Plastic industry
• Will need to have previous experience in previous production Supervisor/ shift manager
• The Production Supervisor MUST come from an FMCG background 
• The Production Supervisor MUST have strong Leadership & People skills - running appraisals, producing development plans, being involved in the recruitment process.
• Proven ability to plan resources, time, budgets and responsibilities according to results requirement whilst taking the bigger picture into consideration.
• Lean Manufacturing
