Lead Site Electrical Engineer (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

Location: North West England - Hybrid working available

Skills required for Lead Site Electrical Engineer:

- Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, chartered status preferred.

- Extensive experience in managing HV/LV networks, with a focus on compliance, operations, maintenance, and capital projects.

- Proven ability in leading electrical engineering projects, from conceptual designs through to installation checks and pre-commissioning.

- Proficiency in handling ITT for E equipment control systems and procurement of Electrical equipment suitable for hazardous areas (DSEAR, ATEX).

- Experience in CAPEX project management, risk assessment, and analysis.

- Capability to develop local guidelines, review procedures, carry out audits and training.

- Ability to provide technical support to construction supervisors and operational teams.

- Experience in PAT testing, earthing checks, and lighting protection.

- Prior exposure to the chemical production sector, utilities, or any general manufacturing involving chemical processes.
