Engineering Manager 

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

OTE: £75,000

Location: Leighton Buzzard

An existing client of mine is currently in need of an Engineering Manager at their site on the outskirts of town. The engineering manager will oversee approximately 20 maintenance personnel which includes electrical and mechanical shift engineers, team leaders and a maintenance manager. The successful candidate should have previous experience as an engineering manager within a manufacturing environment and looked after a similar sized team. Their is also a need for engineering manager to have had experience overseeing and leading CAPEX projects over £1million and dealing with external contractors. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a great all round remuneration package and the opportunity to continue to grow and develop this fantastic team. 

The Engineering Manager will need for this role:

• Previous experience within an engineering management position
• Previously worked within an industrial manufacturing plant
• Experienced in projects
