We are currently recruiting for a Production Team leader at our client’s supersite in the heart of Leeds. Our client is an FMCG manufacturer looking for a Production Team Leader to support on the shop floor operation. As a Production Team Leader you will need to have some management and leadership skills within the food manufacturing sector. Our Client is very well established and there is lots of room for career progression in the future into senior management positions. The company are a growing business looking to compete with the worlds largest food manufacturers. Skills required for the Production Team Leader

• Previous Experience working in the Food Manufacturing Sectors 
• The Production Team Leader should have experience in managing 3+ operators on a daily basis 
• The production Team leader will run it's Day to day compliance checks
• Experience setting and delivering on KPIs
• The production Team Leader will be setting up the production lines
• Motivated and Driven by Improvements 
• Daily meetings with the production manager
