Skills Required for Deputy Operations Manager:

• Experienced Senior Authorised Person 
• Significant experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the power generation or engineering sector.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with compliance, risk assessments, and safety management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive operational improvements.
