General Production Manager

Days - Monday to Friday working sociable hours (40 hour week)

Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

This is a varied role, responsible for the day to day running of the manufacturing, stock and quality. The successful General Production Manager will be overseeing the staff within this department, as well as creating schedules for the running of the production. Other duties include control of quality within the production department, responsible for the monthly purchase budget, attend management meetings and complete reports on a monthly basis. 

The successful General Production Manager will have experience working within a manufacturing environment and have strong production planning experience. You will be rewarded with a generous salary, as well as other company benefits. 

Requirements for the General Production Manager:

• Manufacturing background essential
• Production planning experience essential
• Experience with managing stock levels
• Managerial background, leading a team
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Extrusion or injection moulding background
