Product Transfer Operative

North Scarle, Lincolnshire | £29,418.48 per annum | 4 on 4 off -  6am – 6pm / 6pm - 6am | Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting Product Transfer Operatives to join a growing food manufacturing business based in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. This role is vital in ensuring product traceability, quality, and smooth production processes across the site.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the flow of product through key production stages, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while keeping operations efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain full traceability of product quantities within WIP bin installations.

• Purge product to prevent cross-contamination.

• Follow the production plan and fit correct mesh screens to Mogensen sieves according to the product matrix.

• Set up Tomra optical sorters to suit the product specification.

• At the end of runs, collect, collate, and code all regrind bins and totes, update records in CEMEX, and move materials for mill operators.

• Support other areas as an FLT driver, including raw material transfers.

• Provide cover for site waste management when required.

About You

We are looking for proactive and reliable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous factory or production operative experience.

• Valid FLT licence (essential).
