Simon Foulds
Director
Simon Foulds, one of the pioneering founders of Pioneer Selection, embarked on his recruitment career in the 1990s, (a time when CVs were still dispatched to clients via fax!). Over the years, Simon has evolved from a record-setting consultant in various recruitment sectors to leading teams and managing locations for a stock market-listed recruitment company. In 2007, together with Andrew and Junaid, he co-founded Pioneer Selection Ltd & Pioneer Selection Contract Services Ltd, and has relished every moment of the company's growth and success. Although no longer involved in the hands-on day to day recruitment side of the business, Simon firmly believes he could still outperform the current consultants but is glad not to have to rely on cut and pasting CV’s anymore. His journey reflects a blend of nostalgia for the early days and excitement for the future milestones yet to be achieved by Pioneer Selection.
